Benvenuti a Osteria

quail "al mattone" with persimmon, curley endive, and honey vinaigrette

wood grilled octopus, cured lemon, potato and chives


robiola francobolli "postage stamp ravioli" with royal trumpet mushrooms and thyme

chicken liver rigatoni with cipollini onions and sage


wild swordfish with chickpea polenta and calabrese salami

house aged rib-eye "fiorentina" with corona beans and wilted winter greens


polenta "budino" with gianduia mousse and candied hazelnuts

chocolate flan with pistacchio gelato
